This week’s selections have been curated by Sophie Sellu, Founder, Grain & Knot, a handcrafted wooden homeware brand and winner of our 2019 Space for Ideas competition.

Read: Sacred Cow by Diana Rodgers and Robb Wolff. After watching their documentary, I’m furthering my learning about regenerative farming and researching how meat can become a sustainable part of the food system.

Watch: The Serpent with Jenna Coleman. I’ve been absolutely gripped by this crime drama based on horrific true events. Equal parts creepy and classy with the 70s styling and French accents.

Listen: The Headspace app. I’ve been taking those small moments to switch off and focus. It encourages you to engage your senses and remove distractions from your day.

Shop: Local and independent! In a bid to reduce my impact, I made the switch to surplus veg delivery boxes from Oddbox. All my other purchases are considered and handmade where possible.

Inspiration: Nature. Observing seasonal changes is one of my favourite things. Spending time outside with my dog really is a cure-all. Most of my best ideas come when walking in the woods.
