The space has a total capacity of 125 people.
All redecoration will need to be approved by the Landlord
You will have to be very strict about timings and rubbish collection/props arrival and removal.
No activity can take place after 11pm.
Additional charges may apply outside of designated hours (10am - 6pm)

Check out until 11pm
There is an additional £100 cleaning fee for every booking.
