Key pick up and Drop off
The key Pick up is from the Sohotel Front Desk @341 Broome Street 2nd floor.
Keys must be dropped off and picked up daily
Loss of keys will result in the use the entire security deposit of $1,000 USD.
Please email a list of approved names who are allowed to take the keys.
Garbage
We will take up to 1 bag of garbage daily free of charge.
Move-in and Move-out days we will take your garbage and charge you accordingly
Music
Live/DJ music is allowed from 11AM – 10:30 pm Daily
Customer Lines
If your brand will have lines of customers outside you will be required
to hire 2 security guards. (1 at the store entrance, 1 at the hotel entrance) and provide garbage bins as well as collect and clean up the side walk hourly.
Extra Charges (Paid via VENMO)
$250USD pp per day for Paint, compound and cleanup
$550USD (Sohotel) vinal reprint and installation
$-- Depending on garage amount on move-in and move-out days.
All charges above are to be paid via Venmo before vacating the space.
