Shop fascia signage and painting are strictly prohibited in line with the council's regulations. Vinyl lettering, if used, must be removed without causing any damage to the shopfront/fascia and will require the landlord's approval.
• No A-frames or other signage can be used outside of the shop or on the street.
• No loud music or parties are to be held in the unit.
• No drilling or fixing to the walls.
• Landlord added clause on taking precautions with the handling of heavy equipment to safeguard the underfloor heating.
