No holes are allowed to be drilled into the walls. We have a hanging system which is very easy to use.
Licensee will have to adhere to the gallery's terms and conditions.
Additional charges will apply for mandatory staffing costs e.g. security & building manager, depending on hours of use and the event.
A cleaning fee will be added to each booking along side an admin fee.
A refundable Security Deposit will become due equal to 50% of the weekly rental fee.
The landlord can be flexible on hours of operation for an increased fee.
