Sunday from 10am until 11pm £3300 + Vat
When trading until midnight:
Music can be played as background music and must remain under 50dB
Last drinks and music must be off by 23.30 and guests must vacate the premises before midnight.
Drinks may be served free of charge only.
Tenants can apply for a Temporary Events Notice in order to sell alcoholic drinks.
A copy of the TEN must be presented to the landlord prior to any event
Tenants must provide their own security on the door.
COVID: Brands must monitor and comply with the government guidelines, rules and regulation which includes social distancing, use of hand sanitiser and regular cleaning routine.
