Espace Goncourt

This unique space consists of a sales area of ​​approximately 90 square meters and a speakeasy bar. The modular section allows for product launches and pop-up stores. The speakeasy bar, located at the back offers the perfect area to unwind or network and arrange the perfect drink after the event. The space is equipped with a high-quality sound system and seating area which can accommodate up to 50 people (90 people in the full space). It is easily adaptable and has trading hours authorised until 2am. In addition to your events, our team can also offer you a bar service on demand. It's possible to rent just the bar area, or just the gallery area for half of the listed price. Right next to Goncourt and a 5-minute walk from République metro stations, the space is located on a semi-pedestrian cobbled street in the rapidly changing neighbourhood of the 10th arrondissement.
