A little about this space
This stunning West End blank canvas space is very centrally located on one of Fitzrovia’s premier roads and just a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus. It offers the perfect art gallery, fashion showroom, product launch and pop-up retail location with 150 sq m of bright, open plan gallery space spread over two floors. The ground floor offers an eye catching front widow with very high ceilings and bags of natural light from the front and the skylight at the back. The lower ground floor offers further open plan space with cleverly designed LED light boxes that create a well lit and inviting gallery space. Although large enough to take more the capacity is 80 guests that can be accommodate standing or seated. Lighting: moveable gallery spot lighting throughout the space
Loading access: via the front door on Great Titchfield Street, there is a single yellow line outside for unloading.
