This unique blank canvas space on Grape Street is located in the heart of Covent Garden in a prime location just off Shaftesbury Avenue. The flexible and Scandi-inspired interior makes it the ideal space to rent for press launches, conferences, private dining, receptions, exclusive parties, photography and filming. There's 171 sq. m. of space over two floors, with bi-fold door access into the ground floor. Amenities include PA system, 82-inch TV screen, two projectors, a large infinity curve wall, a fully-equipped kitchen for catering, and a beautiful gas fire place. Put your stamp on the studio with any branding or theme, or keep it simple with the current contemporary design. On the ground floor there's space for 80 standing and 60 dining, and 40 standing and 30 dining on the lower ground. There is a full equipment hire option available with everything from 50 white chairs at £5 each to spotlights at £10 each – please ask for concierge for more information. Please be aware that according to the length and scale of the hire the price will fluctuate. Access times available are between 6.00am and 12.00am.

Our standard opening times are 9am - 6pm.
Access hours can be extended with prior arrangement from 7am - 12am, at an extra charge. Please enquire.
CURFEW:
10.45pm for any loud music to stop, 11pm for guests to depart, and 12am for staff and suppliers. We provide on-the-door security to manage this.
No activity including loading can happen outside of 12.00am – 6.00am.
