On entering into a tenancy agreement for this space, the tenant agrees to adhere to the term of the landlord's "document of regulations". This document contains the landlord's specific rules related to access, changes to the space, insurance, licensing and breakages and must be honoured once you enter into agreement with the landlord. A copy of this contract will be provided on payment for the space, or can be requested from your concierge at any stage of the booking process.

All rates are subject to VAT.

Cleaning & Reinstatement
A compulsory service fee is applied to all bookings to cover post event cleaning
and reinstatement of The Premises. Cleaning is £150 + VAT. The handyman is
charged at £30 + VAT per hour + cost of materials with a minimum booking of 2 x
handymen for 3h. The final cost is dependent on the state of which The Premises
is left. The charges will be deducted from the Damage Deposit, unless otherwise
specified and agreed.
