Rules of The Space
With respect to food service, it cannot be used as a restaurant, but it can be used as a cafe or for catering, so long as the food is prepared off-premises.. Nor can it be used as a live music venue, and no music can be played at all if it disturbs residents, or can otherwise be detected outside the unit. It also cannot be used for parties or events. Any lease signed is required to be subject to these rules.
