A little about this space
This unique event space, with entrances on Poland Street (via Phonica Records) and Marshall Street (behind the famous Carnaby Street), is right in the heart of Soho. It has two rooms to fit up to 320 people. Both rooms can also be rented separately – the Gallery holds up to 260 people on its own and the smaller Studio up to 100.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 11:00 pm
Weekend: 8:00 am - 11:00 pm
Space rules
Sound level must be maintained to a non-audible level at the rear and entrance of the premises at all times.
Proof of insurance must be shared with the landlord 14 days before the start date and must include public liability, employer’s liability with an indemnity limit of at least £5 million and cover “indemnity to principal” and "negligent damage to hired premises".
Installation must be carried out between 8am and 6pm on set-up day
Pack-up and check-out period strictly from 8am to 12pm on the date of check-out
NO LOADING BEFORE 8AM OR AFTER 6PM
The occupier must comply with all the statutory requirements with regard to health and safety, and in particular on the number of persons that can be accommodated within the hire area. These numbers are restricted to 260 in the Gallery and 60 in the Studio. These numbers are exclusive to each individual area and any occupation over these limits will be considered a reason to terminate the occupation with immediate effect.
