Space rules
Installation Space: Your installation will take place in the gallery’s storefront area, a prime location with direct street visibility.
Opening Hours: The gallery is open from noon to 7 pm daily during your rental. If your experience spans a weekend or more, you can host a reception on one evening of your choice, extending until 9 pm.
Concurrent Café Operation: The gallery's back café space will remain operational and open to the public during the same hours, unless alternate arrangements are made.
Insurance: No insurance is required, but please note that the gallery’s insurance does not cover tenant activities.
Signage: The gallery’s window, door, and side panel signage will remain in place. If desired, you may cover the vinyl window signage with a non-damaging material during your rental.
Bathroom Access: The bathroom is exclusively for you, your staff, and the gallery’s team—there is no public access to this space.
Resident Artists: Artists in residence will continue to have access to their basement studio space unless otherwise agreed.
