Redecoration: The tenant will need to send in an application to drill into the walls, as the landlord will need to approve where and how much you plan to drill.

Hours of operation: No activity including loading can happen outside of 07 00 - 00 00. Please confirm with the Local Authority regarding their permitted trading hours for your type of activity.

The Tenant shall only be required to put, keep and hand back the Premises in no worse condition as evidenced by a schedule of condition drawn upon the start date of the tenancy.
Where the Tenant is liable to pay the Landlord’s costs of repair, the Tenant shall only be liable to pay the landlord’s reasonable costs.
