This is a high footfall destination, over 25,000 + people pass through here daily! This listing allows you to rent the outside space in Spinningfields Square. The space is roughly 3000 sq ft and sits opposite Deansgate Road, one of Manchester’s main transport routes. The space also faces the entrance to The Avenue parade, which is filled with designer shops.

There are noise restrictions in place due to the other tenants using the area.
Please note, there are weight restrictions across the Spinningfields estate.
There is power dotted across the space, but to use the power you will need to secure any cabling via the regulated trunking and complete a RA-MS to coincide.
Additional security will need to be hired from the Managing Agents.
There is no alcohol license. Any alcohol on site will have to be either given away for free or sold via a Temporary Events Notice. You can apply for one through the Manchester City Council.
There is no guaranteed parking, all parking is subject to existing events and activities that are taking place on site such as building refurbishment / development and new businesses moving in.
